added setting for number of days after a meal to invoice
added default for new fields to automatically close meals x days before at a certain time
added option that allows anyone to sign anyone else up for meals

added ability to delete people and households with custom warning. Normally people and households that leave the community should be set to not "active". This is because deleting people and households also deletes data connected to them that you probably want to keep. So previously it was not possible to delete people or households. It is now possible to delete them but you'll be asked if that's really what you want to do, with a reminder about some of the connected data that will also be deleted.

a couple of setting have been consolidated into a new "accept posts from" field. A new option has been added to indicate that posts are only accepted from subscribers to the list. The other options are "Members of this site", "Anyone in the world (no spam protection)", and "People with role:".

added option to show date on Documents tables and edit it
added "close date" field for Discussions so that time limited discussions can be automatically closed
